Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to implementing educational programs that align with early childhood education standards and promote positive behavior management techniques. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate early intervention strategies. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques. Facilitate physical education activities that promote health and wellness among preschool-aged children. Conduct regular assessments of children's progress through standardized testing methods and observational assessments. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support each child's individual needs. Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and any incidents that occur in the classroom. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or PreSchool field is preferred. Experience working in a childcare or preschool setting is highly desirable. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment. Familiarity with behavior management strategies and early intervention techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
