The Lead Master Teacher serves as a model educator, supporting classroom excellence, coaching teachers, and ensuring that our educational programs align with the school's mission of developing children through faith-based, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Model exceptional classroom instruction and management. Mentor, coach, and support teaching staff through observations, feedback, and professional development. Lesson planning that aligns with state standards and school goals, implement lesson plans and conduct assessments in the assigned classroom. Ensure classroom maintain high standards for learning environments, documentation, and child engagement. Support onboarding and training of new teachers. Collaborate with leadership to monitor program quality and educational outcomes. Promote positive relationships with children, families, and staff. Integrate Christian values and biblical principles throughout daily interactions and learning experiences. Support school events, family engagement activities, and community outreach initiatives. Maintain compliance with licensing, QRIS and NAEYC accreditation standards. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred. Must hold a PDL Level 4 or higher with completed ELG training. Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in an early childhood setting. Demonstrated leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred. Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead with professionalism, grace, and a servant-hearted attitude. Commitment to the mission and Christian values of ZECCS. Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
