Job Description

Licensed 5-Star, Nationally Accredited Facility Seeks Experienced Out of School Time Staff Local Non-profit in Tulsa is seeking a Enrichment Worker for elementary age students to work during out of school hours, such as after school, school breaks, summer and holidays that schools are closed. Summer and days school is out, hours vary between 8:30 am and 5:30pm, Mon-Friday and afterschool hours are Monday-Friday. 1:30-5:30. Prospective Candidates MUST have the following qualifications:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING
in a licensed childcare center and with preschool or school age children, no babies through 3 will be considered. MUST enjoy working with children, MUST be able to manage a classroom of up to 12 students, Must be dedicated and reliable, MUST have an outgoing and high energy personality that can relate to children easily, MUST be able to stand and play with children and lead high energy activities, Must pass a background check with Oklahoma Bureau of Investigations, Must be able to give 3 references, MUST have a valid drivers license, MUST have your own reliable transportation. Duties include but are not limited to: Able to actively supervise children following best practices set forth. Able to implement expectations with a group of students and ensure that they are following those expectations. Able to engage students while leading activities. Able to create and/or follow simple lesson plans with goals, schedules, and daily outcomes. Able to demonstrate an aptitude for learning new information quickly and be a life long learner. Able to complete the required amount of professional development hours each year.
Pay Structure:
Range from $11-13 per hour depending on past experience and reference checks.

$11.00 - $13.00 per hour
