Job Description

Overview We are looking for an additional dedicated and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood care and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Have experience with special needs children and behavior issues. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, promoting literacy and math skills, and supporting the overall development of children aged 1 to 5 years. The Preschool Teacher will work closely with students and staff to ensure each child's growth and success. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with our curriculum standards. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. follow preschool schedule and help promote learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere. Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive play and structured activities. Communicate regularly with staff and supervisors regarding children's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with staff and supervisors to develop curriculum and share best practices. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that is conducive to learning. Skills Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management. Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Excellent communication skills for interacting with students and colleagues. Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support positive student interactions. Experience working in daycare settings or private schools is preferred. Knowledge of Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies is a plus. Proficiency in providing toddler care and engaging preschool-age children in meaningful activities.
