Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Combination of education and/or experience that meets one of the Child Care Division's options for minimum qualifications for Teacher. Strong oral and written communication skills. Physical ability to perform required duties including maneuvering at least 25 pounds, kneeling, bending, and sitting on floor to attend to children's needs. Enrollment in Criminal History Registry (to be maintained throughout employment). Child Abuse Recognition & Reporting Class. oregonearlylearning.com Introduction to Child Care Health and Safety (ICCHS) class. oregonearlylearning.com Safe Sleep for Oregon's Infants class. oregonearlylearning.com To be completed within 30 days of hire and renewed as required: Oregon Food Handler's permit. Age-Appropriate First aid and CPR certification • Covid Vaccination required for employees
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from a college or university in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or Special Education AND work experience in a certified child care center or comparable group care program.
Work Remotely No Pay:
$15.50 - $19.00 per hour
