In this vital role, you will support early childhood development by designing age-appropriate activities, managing classroom routines, and fostering positive behavior. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally during their formative years. Responsibilities Develop and implement educational activities that promote childhood development, including preschool, toddler care, and infant care programs Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Manage daily routines such as meal times, nap schedules, diaper changes, and transitions between activities Monitor children's behavior using positive behavior management techniques to foster social skills and cooperation Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and share developmental milestones Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by maintaining cleanliness and administering first aid when necessary Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing inclusive care Experience Prior classroom experience in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is highly preferred Experience working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific caregiving practices Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous; ongoing training in special education or working with people with disabilities is a plus Previous nannying or babysitting experience demonstrating responsibility in caring for children of different needs Join us to inspire young minds through energetic teaching and compassionate caregiving!
