Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Preschool Bilingual Daycare Teacher, where your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young learners in a dynamic, nurturing environment. In this role, you will foster the development of preschool children by implementing engaging curriculum plans that promote language skills, social-emotional growth, and foundational academic concepts. Your passion for early childhood education and bilingual instruction will help create a stimulating space where children thrive and discover their full potential. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive, age-appropriate curriculum that integrates bilingual instruction in both languages to enhance language acquisition and literacy skills. follow a lesson plans that incorporate Montessori principles, early intervention strategies, and hands-on activities to support diverse learning styles. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement techniques, promoting a safe and respectful environment for all children. Facilitate activities that support childhood development milestones, including social skills, motor skills, cognitive growth, and emotional regulation. Collaborate with families and specialists to tailor educational approaches for children with special needs or requiring additional support in early intervention programs. Maintain detailed records of student progress, conduct assessments aligned with standardized testing standards, and communicate developmental milestones clearly to parents. Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health and safety standards, and child welfare policies while fostering a welcoming classroom atmosphere. Experience Prior classroom experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or early childhood education settings. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management within a bilingual or multicultural environment. Knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and special education practices. Experience working with toddlers or in toddler care environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with Montessori and Reggio Emilia methods, literacy education strategies, math instruction for young learners, and physical education activities. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Previous private school or daycare experience is preferred; certification in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous. Pay:
$17.00 - $19.50 per hour
