Support toddlers' care routines and assist in developing individualized lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental stages. Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; previous preschool experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with curriculum writing, literacy education, and classroom management practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children's support teams. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate physical education. Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
