Your expertise will help lay a strong foundation in literacy, numeracy, and social skills for preschool-aged children, and todddler milestones preparing them for future academic and emotional success and lifelong growth. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate early childhood education principles, including literacy education, math, fine motor skills. Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive behavior management and supports children's emotional well-being. Engage with children through hands-on activities, storytelling, and interactive lessons to promote learning and development in areas such as language skills, cognitive growth, and social skills. Manage classroom routines efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining high standards of childcare and classroom management. Incorporate standardized assessment tools to monitor developmental milestones and tailor instruction accordingly. Support toddlers' care routines and assist in developing individualized lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental stages. Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; previous preschool experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with curriculum writing, literacy education, and classroom management practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children's support teams. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate physical education. Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
