Job Description

Why is location important: Your assignments are mapped from your home location, which means our goal is to keep your drive under 30 minutes, The coverage area includes Medford and the surrounding areas. Please assess your driving requirements if you do not live in the Beaverton area within a 30 minute drivetime What you need? A personal Vehicle, Adult Caring Skills and/or Child Caregiving Skills and a minimum of 2 years caring for others The ability to manage your own schedule and clients At ABC we offer the the following: Flexible Scheduling

  • Get to know your client, create your space for the day, and enjoy your time Ensure Safety
  • Safety first, so making sure your charges are in view and safe is #1 Prepare Light Meals
  • When you arrive, you'll talk about lunch plans, and maybe prepare a light lunch for the kids. Exit Clean-Up
  • When the day is over, you'll put it all back to rights again, and bid everyone a nice good bye until next time New Day
