Both parents have demanding careers:
one is a corporate executive leading global marketing, and the other is a CEO/chief creative officer who leads a creative agency. We have two wonderful, independent daughters, ages 9 and 6, and our playful one-year-old lab. Our family is close-knit, and though well-acclimated to our high-energy lifestyle, we are seeking more comprehensive support to help manage the growing complexity of our household. Our family values flexibility, creativity, self-expression, and has a high commitment to a healthy lifestyle. We enjoy spending time together outdoors hiking trails close to our home, or exploring new places. We also love engaging in creative activities at home, such as cooking and hosting close friends and family. However, as both parents travel frequently for work and have little flexibility in their schedules, we're seeking a House Manager to help us manage the daily complexities of our household. This role would be key in giving us the freedom to focus on what matters most: spending quality time together as a family with our growing girls. We need someone who can partner with us in managing the day-to-day, whether it's keeping the kids' schedules organized, managing home projects, or providing extra support for the family. We are looking for a proactive, calm, and stable presence who can handle the intensity of our fast-paced lives while keeping things light and fun. Flexibility is a must, as the job will require occasional weekend work, late evenings, and helping out on date nights. We want someone who feels like a true part of our family, someone we can trust, laugh with, and count on to take charge when needed. Who You Are / What We're Looking For We are looking for an organized, proactive self-starter to join our family. You thrive in a dynamic environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease, while maintaining a high emotional intelligence to read the signals, anticipate needs, and care for the overall health of our family. Most importantly, we're seeking someone warm, trustworthy, and a true team player who genuinely cares about our family's well-being. You should take pride in helping others and enjoy taking care of our home, whether through meal prep, organizing spaces, or simply keeping an eye out for what needs attention. Flexibility is key, as our schedules can be unpredictable with travel, late evenings, and weekend events. We're looking for a long-term partner who is ready to step in with a positive attitude, help manage the chaos, and become a valued member of our family team. If you thrive in a busy, high-energy household and value creating a balanced, well-organized environment, we'd love to meet you! If you're Spanish-speaking, that's a bonus, as we want to reinforce our children's Spanish immersion education and create a multilingual environment at home.
