The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities and play. Duties Provide attentive care to children in a safe and supportive environment. Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and personal hygiene. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized classroom or childcare area. Foster positive relationships with children to encourage their social skills and emotional development. Requirements Experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Ability to educate and engage children through creative play and structured activities. Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children are essential qualities. Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus but not mandatory at the time of hiring.
