In this vital role, you will support early childhood development by implementing educational activities, managing classroom routines, and fostering positive behavior. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally during their formative years. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote learning and growth in preschool, toddler, and infant care settings Foster a safe, welcoming environment by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols within the classroom Support children's social-emotional development through positive behavior management and caregiving techniques Monitor and document each child's progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones to communicate with parents and guardians effectively Engage children in playful learning activities that stimulate curiosity, creativity, and early childhood education principles Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play to ensure comfort and well-being Collaborate with team members to plan classroom activities, manage behavior challenges, and uphold licensing standards Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar roles is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development theories and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are a plus Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle behavior management effectively Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and team members Ability to work hands-on with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in a caring manner Flexibility to adapt to changing routines and individual needs of children in a daycare setting Join us in shaping bright futures!
