Play & Learn is currently hiring full-time assistants for infant and toddler classrooms at our Ardmore location. At Play & Learn, play and learning go hand in hand. What You'll Do Provide high-quality care and supervision for infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with Play & Learn's curriculum Support early development through music, movement, art, and play-based learning Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment Collaborate with your teaching team and participate in ongoing professional development Reflect and model Play & Learn's core values in your daily work What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (required) Minimum of 2 years, of verified experience in a formal child care setting CDA or 9+ ECE preferred Willingness to earn a CDA if not already completed (support available) AA degree in ECE a plus!
