Summary We are seeking a passionate Lead Teacher to join our team in the US. Located in Bethlehem, this role is vital in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning. As a Lead Teacher, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional early childhood education. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with educational standards. Manage classroom activities to create a safe and stimulating environment. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Assess children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Incorporate learning technology to enhance educational experiences. Support children's social and emotional development through behavior management. Collaborate with team members to improve curriculum and teaching methods. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Qualifications Proven experience in early childhood education or preschool teaching. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Knowledge of child development principles and educational best practices. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Certification in early childhood education or relevant credentials preferred. Pay:
