We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant who enjoys working in a positive, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do:
Support daily office operations and keep things running smoothly Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and supply management Help with HR tasks including onboarding and staff support Maintain records and assist with quality assurance and safety procedures Communicate with teachers, families, and vendors Help create a welcoming, fun, and professional atmosphere
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of previous office or preschool experience Associate's Degree required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-player mentality Comfortable with computers, email, and basic office software Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn
