Company Overview Kids Unlimited Child Development Center is a vibrant childcare facility located in Canonsburg. We serve children from 6 weeks to 6 years old and operate Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, dedicated to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for every child. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Infant Room Teacher and Floater to work with all age groups to join our passionate team. In this role, you will lead a classroom of children, creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Your expertise in early childhood education will help support each child's growth while ensuring classroom excellence and adherence to best practices. Duties Implement age-appropriate curriculum plans tailored to infants' developmental stages. Manage classroom routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and physical activities with compassion and efficiency Observe and document each child's progress, communicating regularly with parents about milestones and developmental needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that complies with health and safety standards Qualifications Proven experience working with infants in a childcare setting. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively. Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
