Infant Teacher (co-lead) - Full Time/Year Round Daycare teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated infant teacher t o join our team at our new center (opened in April 2025). The ideal candidates will have a passion for nurturing and caring for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering their development. The daycare teachers will create a positive and engaging atmosphere that promotes learning and growth. We are looking for a full time infant teacher (infant experience required: nannying, babysitting, previous position working with infants). Responsibilities Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance to encourage positive interactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area, ensuring all materials are safe. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns. Qualifications Experience in childhood development, daycare, or similar settings is preferred. Knowledge of behavior/classroom management techniques to support children's emotional needs is preferred. Experience working with infants (whether it be babysitting, nannying, or a position working with infants) is a must . Familiarity with toddler care practices and preschool education is a plus. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable, but NOT required for applying. A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their growth and well-being is a must! A high school diploma or GED is required.
