Job Description

Our client is looking for energetic, attentive, and experienced Lead Teachers to join their premier preschool in Gilbertsville, PA . These are Direct Hire positions with the school Full-Time ; Monday•Friday; year-round employment
Open Positions Lead Infant Teacher:
working with children 6 months to 1 years old and the schedule would preferably be 8:15am•5:15pm, Monday through
Friday Lead Two's Teacher:
working with children 2.5 to 3 years old and the schedule would preferably be 8:15am•5:15pm, Monday through
Friday Co-Lead Preschool Teacher:
working with children 3 to 4 years old and the schedule would preferably be 8:30am•5:30pm, Monday through
Friday Salary Lead Teacher:
$18.00•19.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience Full-Time Benefits Paid Holidays Paid Time Off 401(k) with Employer Match Health Insurance; School covers 50%! Job Responsibilities Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children Responsible for the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and curriculum as well as the maintenance of educational portfolios Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities Maintain a clean and organized classroom Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education Qualifications Must be least 18 years old
REQUIRED
Education:
High School Diploma or
GED REQUIRED
Experience:
Working with children 5-years-old and younger•babysitting and nannying experience OK!
PREFERRED
Education:
Completed or progression toward a CDA, AA, or BA in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or an education-related field
PREFERRED
Experience:
At least 1-year of experience working with children in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations•for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib Must meet background check eligibility
