About the
Role:
Join The Learning Experience #487 in Ephrata, PA, as a passionate educator in our Two Year Old Classroom! This role offers a unique opportunity to nurture and inspire young minds while fostering a love for learning in a supportive and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for two-year-olds. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment. Observe and assess children's developmental progress and needs. Facilitate play-based learning experiences that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall educational experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Previous experience working with toddlers in an educational setting. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative, energetic, and passionate about early childhood education. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Background check clearance required.
