EOE Responsibilities:
Assist the Director with all aspects of managing the child care center Approximately 20 hours in the office and 20 hours in the ratio Create a fun and safe learning environment Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress Maintain the health and safety of all students Adhere to all Keystone Star 4 and NAEYC standardsQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education or related field with 30 Education credits Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields Passionate about working with children Ability to build rapport with children Positive and patient demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Warwick Child Care Center, Inc . is a private child care center corporation established in 1986 with five child care centers located in Malvern, Exton and Pottstown, Pennsylvania.
