Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a childcare setting
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Create and maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and organize age-appropriate activities and educational games
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and diapering
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians
Requirements:
- 18+ years of age
- Complete background checks
- Great with children of all ages
- Dependable and hard working
- Previous experience in caregiving, nannying, or babysitting roles (preferred)
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom or group of children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
