  • Part-time, Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This role involves working closely with toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their developmental needs are met while promoting positive behavior and learning through play. Duties Supervise and engage with children in daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Provide care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining hygiene standards. Manage classroom activities effectively to create an organized learning environment. Utilize behavior management techniques to guide children's behavior positively. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns. Maintain accurate records of each child's development, attendance, and any incidents that occur during care. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills in early childhood education. Experience Candidates should possess the following experience or skills: First aid certification is preferred. Experience working with children with disabilities or special education needs is a plus. Background in preschool education or early childhood development is highly desirable. Proven experience in childcare settings such as daycare centers, nannying, babysitting, or caregiving roles. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Ability to create engaging activities that cater to various developmental stages from infants to preschoolers.
