Toddler Teacher

Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team! In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for young children aged one to three years old. Your enthusiasm for early childhood development and dedication to fostering a love of learning will inspire our little learners every day. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through engaging activities and compassionate caregiving. Duties Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote curiosity, exploration, and foundational skills in toddlers Provide attentive care, ensuring safety and well-being during daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap time, and playtime Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage independence and social skills among children Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves freely Collaborate with parents and guardians to share progress updates, address concerns, and support each child's individual needs Maintain accurate records of children's development milestones, attendance, and daily activities Implement health and safety protocols diligently, including first aid procedures when necessary Experience Prior classroom experience working with toddlers in childcare or early childhood education settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices for early education Experience with classroom management techniques suitable for young children Familiarity with special education practices and working with children with disabilities is a plus Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children, caregivers, and team members in a nurturing manner Background in babysitting or nannying young children can be advantageous Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of our youngest learners!
