  • Part-time, Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education and special education, with a focus on creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. This role involves leading classroom activities, developing curriculum, and implementing effective teaching strategies tailored to the diverse needs of students. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards . Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere. Utilize learning technology to enhance educational experiences and support student engagement. Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Provide early intervention strategies for children requiring additional support in literacy, math, or behavioral health. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in education, particularly in areas such as Montessori methods, speech therapy, and behavioral therapy. Experience Proven experience working with children in a classroom setting or childcare environment is essential. Strong skills in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for diverse learners. Experience in behavior management techniques and understanding of childhood development principles is critical. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
