Requirement:
BS/BA in ECE/ equivalent degree OR related field including 30 ECE credits OR Elementary Ed. and 18 ECE credits OR any field with ECE Certification.

Prepare and implement classroom lesson plans, program, and schedule. Develop, plan, and prepare instructional aids / materials for classroom activities. Assist children with meal times and clean-up. Maintain appearance, cleanliness and safe environment of classroom and equipment. Complete all academy and classroom paperwork. Attend and participate in staff meetings, academy events, and parent meetings, as requested. Assist and supervise children during all activities. Counsel children when social, academic, or adjustment problems arise. Physically arrange the classroom into well-defined interest areas. Direct activities of other staff in the classroom to ensure that the classroom functions in an orderly manner. Communicate appropriate information to parents; maintains developmental profiles for children. Schedule and conduct parent and teacher conferences throughout the year.
