AGS for Early Learning Center

Duties

• Assist the supervisor in managing daily operations and activities of the facility
• Provide support and guidance to staff members in implementing curriculum and lesson plans
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children under your care
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to student progress and attendance
• Collaborate with parents and families to address any concerns or questions
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assist in planning and organizing educational activities
• Support the supervisor in conducting staff meetings and trainings Requirements
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
• Proficiency in math, literacy education, and other relevant subjects
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities
