Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and nurturing Baby Room assistant to join our early childhood education team. This role is vital in fostering a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, experience working with children, and a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Responsibilities include implementing curriculum, managing classroom activities, and supporting children's social and emotional growth to promote a positive learning experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with developmental milestones and educational standards. Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes exploration, learning, and social interaction. Support individual learning needs through early intervention strategies and special education practices when necessary. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Maintain accurate records of children's development and participate in assessments or standardized testing as required. Ensure health, safety, and welfare of all children in compliance with licensing regulations and best practices in childcare. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development, early intervention, literacy education, and classroom management techniques, helpful but not required. Experience with children across various age groups, particularly infants (baby room). Helpful but not required Excellent communication skills for effective parent-teacher interactions and teamwork within the educational setting. Certification or background in early childhood education is a plus but not required. A high school diploma or GED is required.
