A group supervisor is responsible for the following minimum duties: 1. Assisting in the implementation of daily activities 2. Coordinating daily activities and supervising aides Applicant must meet one of the requirements below 1. A bachelors degree in Early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or human services field 2. A bachelors degree in any field with 30 early childhood education credits, 1 year experience 3. An associates degree in Early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or human services field and 2 years experience 4. An associates degree with 30 early childhood education credits, 3 years experience Summary As a Lead Teacher, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young learners. Reporting to the school administration, your role will encompass classroom management, curriculum development, and effective communication with students, parents, and other teachers. With a strong foundation in early childhood education and experience working with children, you will implement engaging lesson plans and support diverse learning needs. Your expertise in behavior management and special education will enhance the learning experience, ensuring each child reaches their full potential in a supportive preschool setting.
