In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants during the afternoon hours. Your dedication will support early childhood development and foster a love of learning from the very start. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young children's lives while working in a supportive and dynamic setting. Duties Provide attentive care and supervision to infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive growth Maintain accurate records of each child's daily routines, milestones, and developmental progress Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage social skills and emotional regulation Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive classroom environment that supports individual needs Communicate effectively with parents about their child's day, progress, and any concerns Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies in compliance with health and safety standards Skills Proven experience working with infants in a daycare or preschool setting, including classroom management skills Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure quick response in emergencies Experience working with children with special needs or disabilities is highly desirable Strong caregiving abilities combined with patience, compassion, and positive reinforcement techniques Ability to manage behavior effectively while creating a warm, welcoming environment Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members Join us in shaping the earliest moments of children's lives!
