The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong background in early childhood education. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children from infancy through preschool age. The Childcare Provider will be responsible for supporting the developmental needs of each child while ensuring their safety and well-being. Duties Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote childhood development and learning. Foster a positive environment that encourages social interaction, exploration, and creativity among children. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area, ensuring it is safe for all children. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Monitor children's behavior and implement appropriate classroom management techniques to promote positive interactions. Administer first aid when necessary and maintain a calm demeanor during emergencies. Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive approach to child development. Qualifications Experience in toddler care, preschool education, or related fields is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages. Strong skills in classroom management and the ability to create an engaging learning environment. Previous experience with infant care is highly desirable. Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children and parents. A nurturing personality with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children. A background in nannying or similar childcare roles is advantageous.
