In this role, you will support children's growth and development through engaging activities, attentive caregiving, and effective classroom management. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster a positive atmosphere where children feel valued, secure, and excited to learn. Duties Supervise and care for children in a licensed daycare setting, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, including play, learning exercises, and social interaction Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Monitor children's behavior using positive behavior management techniques to foster cooperation and social skills Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and needs Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Classroom management skills to maintain an organized, engaging learning environment Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, preschool activities, and early childhood teaching methods Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided if needed Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Join us as a Day Care Worker to make a positive difference in the lives of children every day!
