STAR 4 Early Learning Center | Queen Village, Philadelphia Our high-quality STAR 4 early learning center in the heart of Queen Village is seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Daycare Floater to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children of different ages and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Support classrooms ranging from Young Toddlers through preschool as needed Assist lead and assistant teachers with daily activities and routines Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play Support meal, nap, and transition times Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Two Years' Experience working with young children Ability to work collaboratively with a team Reliable, punctual, and flexible Must meet all Pennsylvania childcare clearances and health requirements What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and welcoming work environment Professional development opportunities Opportunity for growth within a STAR 4 program
