This role offers an exciting opportunity to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that foster growth across all areas of childhood development. As an Early Childcare Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom setting. Your enthusiasm for early education will help shape positive learning experiences that lay the foundation for lifelong success. Duties Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans tailored to the developmental needs of children, including literacy education, math skills, and physical activities. Facilitate engaging lessons that promote early intervention strategies, special education support, and inclusive classroom practices. Manage classroom environments effectively through strong classroom management techniques, behavior management strategies, and routine organization. Support toddlers and preschool-aged children with attentive care, including diapering, feeding, and nurturing their emotional well-being. Conduct assessments of children's progress using standardized testing methods and document developmental milestones accurately. Collaborate with families, therapists, and other educators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensure comprehensive child welfare. Incorporate Montessori principles and other educational philosophies to enhance learning experiences in a respectful and child-centered manner. Requirements Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings with a focus on early childhood education. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies. Experience with curriculum development that includes literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and classroom lesson planning. Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and inclusive teaching methods. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to manage classroom dynamics confidently while fostering a safe and nurturing environment for all children. Certification or qualification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; Montessori training is a plus.
