Job Description
## Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team at our day care center. The ideal candidate will have experience in curriculum development and childhood development. If you have a love for educating and communicating with students, this role is perfect for you. ## Duties
- Help to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum
- Provide instruction in various subjects following the center's curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to support student learning and engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to ensure student success ## Qualifications
- CDA•Previous experience working with students in a teaching capacity•Knowledge of childhood development principles and educational best practices•Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues•Experience in curriculum development is a plus•Background in daycare or special education is advantageous
