SIGN-ON BONUS
•Teachers needed for our Keystone STARS accredited Early Intervention Pre-school program. Our programs have small class sizes and full-time paraprofessionals in each room. There is an abundance of teacher preparation time and supplies are always available. We have a full training program as well as multiple vehicles to assist new staff. We have one building located in Northeast Philadelphia and one building located in the Fern Rock area. Both buildings are easily accessible by public transportation and there is convenient and free parking.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in PreK - 4 (early childhood education), elementary education, child development or special education to qualify to work as a teacher at the entry level, these qualifications will allow us to apply for an emergency certification with the state. Applicants that are certified in one of the above areas by the Department of Education will be compensated accordingly. Applicants must be able to obtain required clearances, and a health appraisal with a TB test.
Benefits:
Salary ranges are based upon credentials and experience. The Agency benefits package includes health care options, a vested pension (no employee contribution required) in two years, 4 weeks' vacation, sick and personal leave. We offer many opportunities for continuing education credits, professional development, and ongoing paid training. We also participate in the TEACH Program to assist staff in furthering their education while working.
