In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help shape the foundational skills of children through engaging lesson planning, effective classroom management, and personalized support. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on early childhood development while working alongside a team committed to excellence in education. Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs, including literacy, math, and curriculum development. Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth. Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring safety and engagement for children of various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Support children with special needs or disabilities by applying inclusive teaching strategies and behavior management techniques. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to monitor progress and adapt instructional approaches accordingly. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavioral incidents in compliance with school policies. Incorporate Montessori or other specialized educational methods when appropriate to enhance learning experiences. Skills Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, including childhood development and childcare best practices. Proven experience in classroom management and working with children in daycare or preschool settings. Expertise in lesson planning across subjects such as literacy education, math, and behavior management. Experience working with individuals with autism or other special needs populations. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Familiarity with curriculum development tailored for private schools or daycare environments.
