Ballet Teacher

Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Ballet Teacher to inspire students in our non-competitive, ballet-only, wholesome recreational program. We focus on serving the community through two Story Ballet Performances/year. As a Ballet Teacher, you will bring energy, creativity, and care to our dance families, helping students develop their technique, confidence, and love for ballet. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while honing your teaching skills in a supportive setting. Duties Provide engaging ballet classes based on the Leap N Learn early childhood curriculum Ages 18 months- 8 years. No experience with Leap N Learn needed, just a willingness to learn. Lead engaging ballet classes while maintaining a welcoming and motivating atmosphere Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe & respectful environment for all students. Support others on the staff team, work with student teacher assistant, and attend monthly Team Check-in Calls on

Zoom Requirements:

Commitment to showing kindness & care for dance families & dancers Minimum of Intermediate Level ballet training and a LOVE for ballet! Experience in teaching ballet or experience in working with children & teaching children in various settings outside a dance school. We will train you. Willingness to follow weekly lesson plans while using your creativity to add your own personal touch.
