Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children from infancy through preschool age. Duties Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster children's learning and development. Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Provide individualized attention to each child, ensuring their unique needs are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage children effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A nurturing attitude with the ability to provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. Previous experience as a nanny or babysitter is advantageous.
