Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for toddlers. Your leadership will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and grow while ensuring their safety and well-being. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working in a collaborative and supportive setting. Responsibilities Implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for toddlers. Lead daily classroom activities that encourage curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management. Monitor and assess each child's progress, tailoring instruction to meet individual developmental needs. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that complies with all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and support family engagement. Requirements HS Diploma or GED Must be able to frequently bend, sit, squat and lift. Must be able to see, hear, and assess children. Minimum of 2 years working with young children Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and early intervention techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, team members, and community partners. Ability to manage a classroom efficiently while fostering a warm and engaging learning environment.
