Responsibilities Assist lead teachers with implementing daily lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and social-emotional development Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and guiding children through routines and activities Help with classroom organization, including preparing materials and maintaining a clean, safe environment Foster effective communication with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative learning atmosphere Experience Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and caregivers effectively Previous classroom experience in child care is a plus This role is perfect for passionate individuals eager to contribute to the growth and development of young learners.
