In this rewarding role, you will foster a nurturing environment that promotes growth, learning, and development through engaging activities and personalized attention. Your passion for working with children will help shape their early experiences and set the foundation for lifelong success. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that support childhood development milestones, literacy education, and early intervention strategies. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction. Manage classroom activities and behavior management techniques to promote positive conduct and emotional well-being. Ability to work effectively with children who have special needs or require early intervention services. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Familiarity with classroom experience involving standardized testing, tutoring strategies, and behavior management approaches.
