Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the well-being and development of each child in your care. You will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that fosters learning and development through creative lesson plans that are appropriate for the developmental stages of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Child Well-Being:

Ensure the safety, health, and overall well-being of each child in the classroom. Build trusting relationships with children, providing support and a nurturing environment.

Lesson Planning:

Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities of children. Incorporate various teaching strategies to promote curiosity and learning.

Classroom Management:

Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction.

Assessment and Observation:

Regularly observe and assess children's progress, documenting development, milestones, and areas for improvement. Use observations to adapt and enhance lesson plans.

Communication:

Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns. Provide updates on classroom activities and projects.

Health and Safety:

Enforce health and safety standards as per school policies, ensuring all children are in a safe environment. Promote healthy habits through daily routines and activities.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other staff members, specialists, and administration to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience for children.

Professional Development:

Stay current with best practices in early childhood education through ongoing training, workshops, and continued education.

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Morning Caregiver/Educator who is adaptable and enthusiastic about working with young children. This role is crucial in providing a safe and engaging environment for our little ones as they start their day.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Prepare and serve breakfast to children, supporting healthy eating habits. Assist children with potty training and personal hygiene. Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere that encourages learning and growth. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, addressing any questions or concerns. Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive classroom environment. Adhere to Department of Human Services child care regulations and the STARS program requirements.

Qualifications:

A genuine love for working with children and a passion for early childhood education. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly with parents and caregivers. Ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and age groups. Energetic, fun, and engaging personality with the ability to be a responsible team player. Experience in child care, education, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with child care regulations and requirements is a plus.
