GS Pre K Teacher

If you enjoy working with Pre K age children, are reliable, dependable, and friendly, this may be the job for you. Upon hire you will need to obtain and pay for 4 back ground checks, get a work physical with TB test, provide documented 2500 hours working with children, high school diploma or equivalent, 3 non related references and Associate or Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education. Classroom experience is necessary for this position.

Duties of the class are:

toilet training assistance (if needed), teaching basic skills like science, writing, patterning, sequencing, math, sight words colors, recognition of name, birthday. Preparing you class for Kindergarten readiness. Lesson planning, monthly newsletters/calendar for the parents, keeping the parents informed of upcoming activities for the classroom, talking to parents daily on the progress of their child. Cleaning and maintaining your own classroom as well as the bathroom. Again, experience is necessary for this position.
