Central Falls, RI, 02863 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Infant Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Central Falls, RI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and educating infants, creating a safe and stimulating environment that supports their growth and development. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants. Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes infant development. Observe and document each infant's progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets all health and safety standards. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Support infants' social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through individualized care. Follow all licensing and regulatory requirements related to infant care and education. Qualifications Experience as an Infant Lead Teacher or similar role in early childhood education. Knowledge of infant development and best practices in infant care and education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Relevant early childhood education credentials or certifications.
