Follow all licensing and regulatory requirements related to infant care and education. Qualifications Experience as an Infant Lead Teacher or similar role in early childhood education. Knowledge of infant development and best practices in infant care and education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Relevant early childhood education credentials or certifications.
