Lead Preschool Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans. Create a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration among preschool-aged children. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to education. Assess children's progress and provide early intervention when necessary to support their learning needs. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and share best practices for effective teaching strategies. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that meets daycare standards. Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development in young children. Requirements Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational or daycare setting. Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, including literacy education and math skills development. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to develop age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans tailored to the needs of the students.
