In this dynamic role, you will lead classroom activities, develop innovative curricula, and coordinate educational programs that foster a nurturing environment for young learners. The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and a strong commitment to supporting both children and staff in a collaborative setting. Duties Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers. Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and methods to promote development. Coordinate early intervention programs and collaborate with specialists in special education to support children with diverse learning needs. Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies while fostering positive social interactions among children. Oversee lesson planning, assessment procedures, and standardized testing to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly. Support staff training on best practices in childhood development, classroom management, and childcare techniques. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or learning. Experience Proven experience working with young children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Demonstrated experience in curriculum development across multiple domains. Extensive classroom management experience with toddlers and preschool-aged students. Knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external specialists. Experience working within licensed childcare environments or private school settings is preferred.
