The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with families and staff to ensure each infant receives individualized attention, care, and guidance. If you love working with babies and are committed to fostering a warm, engaging environment, we'd love to hear from you! This is a Full-Time position; working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30
PM Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment for infants aged [specific age range: 12 months to 18 months]. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Maintain consistent routines for feeding, diapering, and nap times while being responsive to each child's needs. Foster secure and positive relationships with infants, building trust and promoting attachment. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress, milestones, and daily activities. Observe and document developmental milestones and behaviors, sharing insights with families and colleagues. Adhere to health and safety protocols, including sanitation and proper handling of materials. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive team environment.
