The ideal candidate understands infant development, values responsive caregiving, and creates a warm, safe, and inclusive environment for our youngest learners. Responsibilities Provide responsive care including feeding, diapering, soothing, and individualized routines Support developmental milestones through age‑appropriate activities and interactions Maintain a safe, clean classroom aligned with licensing and health guidelines Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and trust Document observations and contribute to developmental assessments Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, inclusive environment Qualifications Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting Knowledge of infant development and responsive caregiving CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift, bend, and engage in floor‑level play Strong communication and teamwork skills What We Offer Supportive, inclusive work culture Professional development opportunities Beautiful, nurturing classroom environments
