Schedules Available:
7:00 AM•1:00 PM 12:00 PM•6:00 PM About Us Yes Children's Academy is a bilingual preschool committed to providing a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment where children learn through exploration, creativity, and hands-on experiences. We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Assistant Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation. Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Support children in developing social, emotional, and academic skills. Prepare classroom materials and maintain an organized learning environment. Assist with transitions, outdoor play, snacks, and daily routines. Communicate professionally with families and staff members. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
QualificationsRequired:
Minimum 6 months of experience working with children in a preschool, childcare center, daycare, school, church nursery, or similar educational setting. Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred:
CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain it). Early Childhood Education coursework or credentials.
