Our ideal candidate has a passion for early childhood education, enjoys working with toddlers, and desires to help children grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually in a nurturing Christian environment. We believe learning should be filled with love, laughter, exploration, and God's truth. Responsibilities Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment for children ages 2-3. Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote early learning and development. Foster social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual growth through daily routines and play. Incorporate Bible stories, prayer, worship songs, and Christian values into the classroom. Build positive relationships with children and their families through open, respectful communication. Encourage independence while providing guidance and support appropriate for each child's developmental stage. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Observe and document children's progress and share updates with families as needed. Follow all health, safety, and preschool policies and procedures. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a positive, team-oriented environment. Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events. Qualifications Experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children preferred. Early Childhood Education coursework or related experience is preferred. A genuine love for young children and a nurturing, patient personality. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a fun, supportive team. Must pass all required background checks. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Agreement with and willingness to support the mission and values of our faith-based preschool.
